Conducted an emergency review of a newly installed and failing business critical application. Identified the root causes of difficulties in both the Business and IT areas, re-planned and handed back to the client Project Manager for successful re-implementation.

Re-established effective relationship management between the Group IT division, and the Finance and Legal departments of this leading UK Finance House during an extensive corporate change management programme. Managed projects with contentious vendors for this big 4 consultancy during millennium changeover through to delivery. Successfully handed over to client support staff.

Implementation of General Ledger
Defined IT Strategy and user requirements, and implemented a General Ledger into 6 subsidiaries of this major UK human resources company. Demonstrated effective project management processes as part of the required training element of the project. Handed over application to business users having implemented the General Ledger on time and to budget.

International IT Strategy
Developed a new International IT Strategy for a multinational retailer targeting IT synergies following acquisitions in Spain and Scandinavia, and the creation of new companies in France and Eastern Europe. Strategy implemented and business benefits in place.

European ERP Roll-Out
Programme managed an international implementation of financial, manufacturing and distribution modules in 15 European locations. Turned around implementation strategy to achieve successful handover to business users.

Technical Architecture
Developed and delivered technical architecture to support global strategy of major UK retailing company. Developed and delivered Data Warehouse Architecture for major UK retail bank. Business benefits in place.
